Payment Timeline & Reminders:
  • 1. Invoice Issued:When cards are ready to be shipped from Indonesia to PSA.
  • 2. Payment Due:Once the shipment successfully arrives at PSA facilities.
  • 3. Assemble Reminder:A second reminder is sent when cards are assembled at PSA.
  • 4. Grades Available:Final reminder is issued when card grades are published.

Late Payment Consequences:If outstanding invoices remain unpaid D+7 after the 4th (Final) reminder, cards will be auctioned via Kios Kultura's eBay. Auction proceeds will be subject to a 20% commission fee + outstanding grading fees, with the remaining balance returned.

Shipping Fees:Grading prices include international round-trip shipping up to our Jakarta HQ. Domestic shipping from Jakarta to your delivery address is calculated separately.

PSA Upcharges & Adjustments:Displayed prices exclude potential upcharges imposed by PSA if a card's graded market value exceeds its service tier limits.
•
Turnaround Estimations:Estimated business days start from PSA system entry. These estimates depend entirely on PSA throughput and are subject to change.
•
Non-Gradable Cards:If a card is returned by PSA as ungradable, a handling fee of Rp 50.000 per card is charged instead of full grading fees.
